Help Designing a Control Panel

Hi,

I'm a trainee Control Systems Engineer, designing my first ever control panel.

I've been left to it with no help and I'm struggling a bit. Does anyone know of a guide on the internet, or can supply a check list of what goes into a panel (roughly) please?

I know most of the equipment that needs to go into it, but I know I'm going to forget something.
