I have a Siemens TIA V13 project, I need to upgrade it so i can view it in V16

I have V13 Basic SP1, but I need Sp2 and Professional to convert it before I can open it in V16

Any suggestions how to covert?

I only have V15.1. I don;t have access to Earlier versions

Is there any companies out there that can do this update?
