High Pressure Boiler Drum Level Measurement

We are currently measuring the drum level on high pressure steam boilers 168Bar 560C using DP cels with constant head chambers. We use density compensators to compensate for the changes in level due to pressure changes. We need to update our system and need new analogue density compensators. I know that Siemens made a unit some years ago which accepted DP and pressure inputs but does anyone now know of such a product? Don't want to use computer (PC) system.

Yokogawa is making YS170 particularly for boiler drum level density correction and control of the same, a microprocessor based programmable controller. Hope the enough is dropped.

You can go around the problem completely using guide wave radar level transmitters. They have the same self purging feature that the old displacers had; so the fluid temperature in the briddle is nearly the same as the drum but it's not dependent on density so its good across almost any temperature range. Several manufacutures offer units that operate > 800F, which a higher temperature than any steam drum.
