We are using a hyperring of Hirschmann switches for our control system. I want to take backup of all switches (Hirschmann MS20 / MS30) but when i open the browser based interface of switch i am able to see all the configuration but on save/load tab i tried saving to PC it allows me to select the destination but when i click save no file is saved to that location.
I also tried using tftp server, i download tftdp32 and then gave the tftp url and tried to save it to url but same response no file is created.
Can someone help me with this.
