I am facing two problems in the IDOS HMI we have here in the plant. First problem is with the alarm historian in the IDOS <I> computer, when I select the alarm historian for the past alarms I am getting a message 'MSP COMMUNICATIONS ERROR'.
I would like to know what could be the reason for this problem. We have one IDOS <I> computer conected to five MKV panels, all the pages of all the units are available in this single HMI. In the alarm history page we can select the number of days for which we want to take the history.
The second problem is about the timers and counters page of one unit. For this unit the values are not getting displayed, as I said before all the 5 MKV panels are connected to the same IDOS HMI. All the parameters are being displayed properly only the timers and counters page of only one unit is not being displayed.
Please let us know how we can solve the above problems.
