We have recently been facing recurrent alarms on the system as follows:
- FTE/ Heartbeat network packet delivery to application layer has failed​
- Synchronization requests were not answered by node(s): SERVERA, FSTN04, FSTN03, FSTN02, SERVERB. Execute "RestartWbem" on each node
As a result on one instance all my flex stations freezed up and the system became unavailable for nearly 4.5 minutes; though the controllers kept running.
What can be the possible reason for these alarms and how can i overcome this issue ?
