HONEYWELL LOOP TUNING CORRECT PROCEDURE

Hi friends,

As i had been in power plant & paper industry still am not having a clear or correct procedure regarding LOOP TUNING in HONEYWELL DCS. So can u please tell me the correct procedure for doing this if the controller surges and give an erratic output.

I want to know about the increment or decrements values in the proportional, integral or derivative values etc..
