We have some problems with an FIX+S9000 system.
We have a system composed of:
-9100e Logic Processor 9010-016C VR3.3
-ELPM 620-0073C VR1.6 (Connection with HMI and Operator Panel)
-Several DI/DO/AI/AO modules (2 racks)
-HMI is a FIX V2.4 from 2001 year
The system presents several problems, the first is that when the operator manipulates and changes screens in the operator panel, the variables in Fix-HMI become in "??" for some seconds, then the values appear again. This has been a constant since the commissioning (we are not the original developers), and is not considered as a critical problem,but maybe is relationed with the second problem.
The second is that sometimes (a week,2 weeks,3 days) the S9000´s analog program or CCC stops (the little display that displays the IP address and hour stops too), but the ladder remains running.They have told me that It seems that the S9000 stops or gets "blocked" when they try to do "something" from the FIX.
They changed the ELPM module some months ago, but the problems remains happening.
Has anybody had any experience like this?
