Hi, I need information about software named scrnware.

Most probably it's from honewell. Anybody know about it?

We are looking for development version of this software.

 

I worked at a company that used this package about 15 years ago. I think it was from CTC, now part of Parker Automation. Go to http://www.ctcusa.com. They can probably help you.
