O
Does anyone know of a hour meter that can be mounted on a light switch cover plate to record the hours of operation of the light circuit. I know that there are a few panel mount meters that can be mounted in a single light switch box, but they don't leave any room for the existing switch.
I am thinking of a unit small enough (thin enough) so that it doesn't disturb the existing switch and I don't want to replace the existing single switch box with a double switch box. The existing switch could be replaced with a 2 pole switch that would provide a dry contact.
I would appreciate any information on a light switch cover plate that has this function incorporated into it or a meter that I could glued/mounted to an existing switch plate.
Thanks you
