how far can the RTD signal go?

the signal cable use cu/pvc 2.5mm2

is there a spec of the RTD(PT100) signal transfer distance

It really depends on the receiver I think, I would guess with that size cable 500 meters would be ok, I assume you have 3 wire installation.

It depends on how much resistance the analog input is designed to drive.

Some analog inputs specify how much loop resistance a direct RTD input can drive, others don't. Honeywell's HC-900 PAC uses universal analog inputs; its spec for 100 ohm RTDs is:

- RTD , PT100 3 wire, 40 ohms balanced maximum

Your mileage may vary with other brands.
