There were many valuable responses that help me to figure our the right direction. Now, we are already a well known player in this market and I am planning the next step to set up a workshop to support our customers.
We are planning for investment in a workshop to do automation and control system integration and repair. It must be professional and not so expensive to do the following jobs:
1. Calibration of instrumentation like Pressure and Temperature sensors and transmitters.
2. Do control valve maintenance and repair like leak test, control valve refurbishment, etc.
3. Fabricate electrical switch board and control panels building, etc.
Appreciate if anybody has any idea or experience like this and share with our community.
For your information, Vietnam is now a very fast developing country and the opportunities for this business is very big.
