How to config S7 200 - TOP server - Wonderware?

Can somebody help me? I'm just an amateur on HMI. How to config data input and output address PLC S7 200 and Wonderware Intouch 9.5?

In TOP server appears this text:

" COM is using by another device"
" can write or read adress........on device"

Is this a PPI connection?

Are you able to read any addresses?

Can you get channel diagnostics?
