This is one way I've managed to do it in the past. I'm pretty sure this is only possible offline, I don't have a PLC to hand to attempt to do it online.
Firstly, under the FILE > PREFERENCES menu, make sure the "Use Insert/Delete Key Menus" is not ticked.
Secondly, choose EDIT > BLOCKING > NETWORK RANGE. In the dialog box that pops up, select the first and last network numbers you wish to delete, the number are inclusive.
The screen should jump to the first network in the range you selected and be shown all highlighted. Next just press the delete key and hey presto you should have go rid of the networks.
If you are deleting a large amount of networks it could take quite some time so don't panic if the "Now Deleting" dialog doesn't seem to register anything at first.
