How to Factory Reset MarkVie UCSA Controller

We have problem with MARKVIe UCSA controller installed in simplex control panel. Can any one share how to factory reset UCSA controller, as i there isnt any hardwired reset button or toggle switch in controller.

If I recall correctly (I don't have access to any Mark VIe documentation at this writing), the UCSA uses a FLASH memory card, which can be removed. One can remove the memory card, put it in a FLASH memory card reader connected to a PC or laptop, and then format the drive to erase all the information on it. Then, I believe some versions of ToolboxST can be used to download firmware and application software to the FLASH memory card, also.
