Does anyone know how to get device time stamp from GE Multilin protection relays with Matrikon OPC Server for IEC-61850? GE says its relays send device time stamp with data as it complies to IEC-61850 standards. An event recoded in GE relay's event recorder had different time stamp than the same event recorded by Matrikon OPC Server and Matrikon AE server for DA. Any help is appreciated.
