How to link Simulink model into GUI in Matlab

here i required a water tank which indicate the level pf water. there are suc a three tank in this so i can use this as a clor mixing process. so i am going to make GUI for that, but i required to link the simulink of the each tank to GUI.

so how i can connect this?
