How to program Cp5611 with VB?

Now I have bought the components list as following:

2 pieces 315-2DP
2 pieces CP5611
2 pieces SoftNet with a licence of SIK/SIMATIC NET PROFIBUS-S7

How can I Config them in a network which contain two PC stations and two 315-2DP PLCstations,and how to program the CP5611 card with VB on the PC station?
