how to regulate the rotor position and altitude data on the leveling bearing

I have additional questions, to how to regulate the rotor position and altitude data on the bearing 1, 2, 3 (leveling) for GE MS 9001E. there is a GE's document (presumably GER - xxxxx) that explains this?
