IBS IL 24 BK-T/U Modules Not Work on Field

Hi, I am using

IBS IL 24 BK-T/U
IB IL 24 DO PAC
IB IL 24 DI
RTD AI

When I am using this FOR TESTING by using ILC 150 ETH and IBS IL 24 RB-T-PAC and VIA 8CORE cable the above mentioned all modules properly working, but when I am using only the following sequence

IBS IL 24 BK-T/U
IB IL 24 DO PAC
IB IL 24 DI
RTD AI

At that time it showing bus is not active.

Please give any solution on it.
