Implementation of ModbusRTU over RS485 (2 Wire) using Rabbit3000 processor

I am using RCM3400 for implementation of ModbusRTU over RS485 (2 Wire) using Rabbit3000 processor. But I'm not able to take the follow up of sent and received data over RS485 bus. I have used uCOS/II. Please guide me to implement ModbusRTU over 2 wire RS485.
