Infi-90 Bailey DCS - MFP C Language Programming

I have a query regarding ABB Bailey INFI-90 DCS:

There is a Function Code # 143 (C Block transfer control to the C-Program).

I want to ask, how can I access this C-Program in MFP?
This function code is being used in one of our IMMFP01 but I am unable to access that specific C-Program. just want to know how can I access/view that specific C-Program?
Is there any way to view it through COMPOSER or is there any other way?

Specifications values of Function Code#143 defined in our system are:
S1=0
S2=0
S3=0
S4=64
S5=3
S6=1
S7=0
S8=5000
S9=0
S10=0
S11=0

Please help me in this regard.
