I want to learn how to develop Instrument loop drawings for DCS and PLC, specially for solenoid valves and level/pressure switches, if anybody can help or knows some good website. Thanks

Brandon, u can refer to William Andrews Handbook of instrumentation. I am not aware of its website but u can find this book in any good technical library. U will find valuable tips about ur requirements in it.....

Isn't there an ISA standard on this?

If so you should be able to just buy the standard.

ISA does have a published standard that specifically addresses instrument loop diagrams, ISA-5.4-1991.

Were you able to find a good source? I am looking for some ISA templates that I can adapt for my specific application.
