Intel H1 ethernet card

Factory link system version 3.02 is linked to 10 sets of Siemens PLC-135 having CP-143 communication processor. H1 communication
via Intel's PCLink2A card(also known as PCL2NIA)is connected to a PC running on DOS 6.22.

I am seeking for either equivalent card for PCL2NIA or an address to obtain this card.
