Interfacing Twido with Bristol Babcock RTU

I've downloaded two free serial communications packages from the web that permit me to successfully communicate with the Twido TWDLCAA24DRF with the TWDNAC232 2nd port adapter. The communication is rock solid. Email me for more info if you are still working on this problem.

Now, my own dilemma: I have to interface this same Twido with a Bristol Babcock 3xxx series RTU via Modbus. The Bristol sees the Twido but is not receiving valid data. Instead of the values I am sending it is displaying zeros. Any thoughts? My Bristol guy thinks he has the recipe set up wrong. Anyone have a recipe they can email me for communicating between a Twido and a Bristol Babcock RTU?
