I am relatively new with inTouch HMI. I am currently working on project, and I am having problems with the Smart symbols generated by the previous people that have worked on the project. I have duplicated their smart symbols from the previous pages on the Scada and have added it to the new pages. The issue I am having is that when the maintenance mode is clicked on the pop up that appears for the pump it doesn't indicate that the pump has been switched to maintenance mode. I have checked all the tags and scripting of the new pumps and validated that they match the previous ones just with new tags for the new ones. I have also verified that on the PLC side that in the code it is switched to maintenance mode. The pop up for the pump makes use of indirect tags. Can someone point me in the direction of what might be wrong or causing this issue?
