I am trying to maintaining thousands of tags on intouch and need to be able to maintain change/insert/delete the tags. I believe Import/export does not automatically maintain that (eg delete or change tags) . What is the best way to acieve that. If necessary a routine to delete all tags from the database and re-import might be ok, but how ?.

 

Look into the DB dump feature of intouch. DB Dump creates an excel csv file which you can edit and then do a DB load.
