Does anyone have any experience of Ion Implantantation within the wafer fab industry?
I'm applying for a job in this area. If anyone's had any dealings with this stuff or knows of a good resource on the web for general background information, would appreciate being able to pick their brains a little!

I used to work for General Signal about 10 years ago in this industry. Was a hell of a lot of fun, I can tell you. I'm sorry the firm I was with
went under. Sorry I can't provide current info, but I can tell you that I enjoyed every minute I worked in this field (silicon wafer fab).
