Please answer me whether it is possible to provide both Min. IP55 and Pressurized control Panel? Please note that for pressurized panel should be required min. one safety valve for existing air. So it seems that it can not be min. IP 55. Please recommend some manufacturer for that.

IP 55 means Dust Protected and protected against water jets. A pressurized panel will be continuosly purged and there will a constant air flow through the vent, typically on the cabinet roof on an elbow fitting. This is standard installation for local control panels of compressors etc where it is not possible to have an Ex d 9xproof) installation. This is very much possible.
