I am searching for IS barriers with SIL3 certification for 4-20 mA analog inputs. The preference would be something with backplane and possibility to connect to the safety system with a system cable to avoid the too much wiring.

Any idea with manufacturer/model would be highly appreciated.

Both websites contains a few SIL3 barriers, most are SIL2 or SIL0.
Be aware of choosing the right safety device, grounded safety barriers or galvanic isolator. Depends on your application.
