We have reviewed a lot of manufacturers specs, and find +/- 10 volt dc, plus RS 232 and 485 interfaces, as well as feedback device inputs. We have a motion controller that we are looking to bring to market, and are looking to develop a standard design that will interface digitally with most amplifiers. Any advice would be appreciated. Look at SERCOS, it was developed by Indramat and used by many motion control products. +/-10V used to control old style analog drives. Ark [email protected]
