I was wondering if anyone sold an PCI slot
to ISA slot adapter, or something like that

Dell 733mhz tower has a Carrage that fits into the PCI slot to carry 3 isa cards.
I'm not sure of the model but there is the only type.
The older G1 has a PCI to ISA adaptor standard.
we use them for Modicon ISA SA85 MB+ cards on our Scada's

 

You may want to check to see if someone makes a PCI to ISA buss extender / bridge,
Like some of the VME to PCI , or VME to CompactPCI extender / bridge.
