Jace controller/modbus

We have a busduct setup with numerous takeoff boxes (slaves) connected back via daisy chain (in/out) to a Jace controller. The controller should be reporting back to the BMS (VOLTS, AMPS & kw, S) on each take off box. We have 50 boxes in total, we can see the first 16 but that's all. Can't workout what's wrong.
