FactoryPMI is the Java HMI that I'm familar with. The fact of the matter is that web based HMIs of any kind and lightweight distributed SCADA systems (thin clients) are rapidly gaining popularity. It makes sense since they're so much easier for the client to deal with and platform independent.
I'm very familiar (and not that impressed with) HMIs that use ActiveX controls. So my question is this - which HMIs out there use Java? More importantly, who has a demo that I can easily launch over the Internet.
Inductive Automation has a demo of FactoryPMI that can be launched from here:

A Google search of "Java HMI" returns lots of results. I've never heard of JSENT before. I have encountered CT HMI numerous times, but they run on a dedicated Panelview like terminal so I'm not putting them in this same category.
Anyone have any experience with other Java HMIs, specifically ones that I can launch? I do remember seeing one online Java demo at least a year ago, but I can't find it. Fully functional Flash or the MS (non-ActiveX) equivalent would be cool too.
Please share your thoughts on this matter.
