i have done cource in dcs, scada & plc from honeywell but i am not geting a single interview call. all companies want exp. what should i do?

me too like you have started career as helper to electrician at Chchin Shipyard Ltd in 1975. I have grown up to the level of Senior Manager Maintenance. I too failed in getting a formal qualification though spend lot of money to persue. As you rightly said this gentleman is lucky to have formal educational qualification.

I warn my sons on importence of having Engineering Degrees as this has become a major drawback.

The peolple who want to take me for a ride by raising a point about my qualifications at importent junctures.

Since we are alike I am interested in keeping in touch with you.
