We have a grinding machine for crankshaft. The Job needs to be oriented at a particular angle before starting the Auto cycle. CAn someone suggest if any stand-alone module is available which can take Incremental Encoder input and generate Analog Reference signal for the drive till the oriened position is reached.

This is often called an oriented spindal stop. Most NC type spindle cards support this function. It all depends on the particular control type.
