Learning Supcon and Other DCSs

Hi,

I am new to this site. I have some concerns.

Did anyone heard about Supcon Automation? If we choose career as an Automation Engineer in Supcon will it be use full for career in Automation field. Like can we think career in Emerson/ABB/Honeywell like companies after gaining experience in Supcon?

I have knowledge on DeltaV DCS (I can Identify bugs) will Supcon user friendly? Can fresher who has knowledge on DeltaV can handle Supcon DCS project individually?
