LED display on MKV cards

The indication of the LEDs changed with various PROM revisions. To the best of my knowledge, there is no published description of LED indications.

The LED display on a card can indicate
A0-A9 state of the card. I cannot readily quote the sequence, but I have read information in the past which allows techs to troubleshoot with the LEDs.

Fortunately, the TMR cores will reveal this information for each card for us.
