We use 2 LFO pump pump for GT. Pump discharge is 11 bar. Then pressure reduce through one Pressure control valve PCV and through coalescer filter to GT (frame 9EA). After coalescer filter pressure is 5.5 bar. Before PCV one safety valve set at 10.5 bar.
Recently one pre-filter has been installed before PCV. But we can not able to commission as safety valve before PCV is always acting if pass through pre-filter.
Could anyone control guy suggest what could be done?
