Hello I want to know we have a washing machine here in UAE which is i think 60Hz 220v we want to take it home to my home country (philippines) but i think we only use 50Hz back there does this AVR help or solved this issue? please help thank you

No. There is no chance to use the machine in your home country. The frequency difference is a HUGE factor and unless you have a VERY expensive frequency converter it cannot be overcome. It would be less expensive to buy a new washer in your home country.
