In browsing the linuxplc archives, there was some interest in Ethernet
connectivity to Allen-Bradley PLCs. Check out the following page:

Someone's already written a Linux driver to talk to a Ethernet connected
PLC-5. Perhaps this could be used as a starting point and maybe the
author of this driver would be interested in joining the linuxplc
effort. I'll cc him on this email.
