Relative to the topic at hand, machine builders are currently using MS in automation applications. However, does anyone know of machine (packaging, assembly, robotic, semiconductor) builders who are successfully providing Linux- based machines for their customers?

AutomationX is a company (part of the M&R group in Austria) that both develops product (AutomationX) and implements the product. The various group of companies within the M&R group, including AutomationX, have designed numerous machines based on AutomationX. Two examples would be, 1. automated grating machine (builds grates for industrial flooring, cat walks, etc) and 2. cells for auto parts manufacturers.
