i have a weighbridge and during calibration until high range of capacity, found that weighing accuracy error, is the load cell faulty?

The alarm you have mentioned probably prompted by your weigher display /controller. You must refer it to its manual and see whats the explanation. You see, every weight controller may differ particularly its alarm messages. But am sure that its explanation clarify its message.

But one thing to check if the loadcell is defective is to measure its millivolts output signal during empty and loaded. When you compare it with the other loadcells and it differs in values then one of which is defective. When measuring the millivolt output from the loadcells you must remove the parallel connection of the output wires in all loadcells then measure it one by one
