Based on your interest, I bundled up what I had so far for the logic engine, and posted it at,

It is still crude, but you can see where it is going. Some pressing needs include a programming package for ladder logic ---> if anybody is so
inclined. Ron Gage's drivers, and others could be added under the io.cpp code.
