Looking for Applicom KIT4000

Hello,

I'm actively seeking the Applicom KIT4000TD development toolkit. This toolkit is used to develop your own user serial protocol for Applicom PCI4000 card.

It's rather a legacy stuff (15 years), and Molex says they haven't knowledge of this anymore (ticket was returned to me with an unsupported status).

If someone could get an URL to download this old package, I would sure be very happy.
