How to do loop calibration of 2 wire loops. I have Kusam Meco make loop calibrator (904MK-1) which gives 24VDC loop output power, can i do loop calibration of 2 wire loops using these loop calibrator???

Plz help

Can you do a loop calibration? Probably. But you're on your own figuring it out.

Kusam Electrical's web site
http://kusamelectrical.com/loop-calibrator.htm
has a non-functional button that appears to link to the 'on-line manual', but there is no on-line manual. I'd call it a dead link but I'm not sure it was ever live to begin with.

We call these kind of devices "orphans" - no heritage, no support, left to fend on their own.

I guess you've gotta play around with it until you figure it out. Good luck.

For loop calibration of 2 wire loops you need a current source which just sets the current to the required value. We use the Divize A2007B-4M This unit does not provide power, it only controls the current when a voltage is applied. By means of the potentiometer the current can be set. For loop calibration we use a current meter in series such as a fluke multimeter. The ammeter provided on the A2007B-4M gives an indication but is not suitable for loop calibration.
