HMI/MKV has lost control of the EX2000 via ARCNET.
There is feedback from the Ex2000 and can be controlled locally via the OC2000. HELP!

Currently, the exciter will not process any commands issued by the MKV via the DCS or HMIs. The LOCAL operator control (OC2000) on the exciter is still functional and is the only means to regulate Mvars. Feedback from the exciter is still active and available for the control room operator to view on the DCS/HMIs. The exciter is basically operating in AVR control and all of the protection is still active. In order to raise and lower field current, the operator must use the "raise" and "lower" buttons to the desired setpoint via the LOCAL OC2000. The unit is still online and we replaced the AAHAH on the UC2000 and still no luck. Has anyone seen this issue?

When we come offline I plan to reboot the UC and MKV <C> <D> cores. There are no communication faults/alarms on the ex2000 or MKV HMI.

Thanks!
