Low current control relays

Hi,

We use 0-10vdc relays to switch various bits of kit. Our BMS systems have a very low current output (@5-10mA). At present we need to use relays with additional 24v power supply as the relays without additional 24v pull @20mA. I know the relays I want are out there somewhere but... If anybody could let me have a part number & manufacturer or where to buy them I would very much appreciate the help!

I don't know what your relays are driving, but opto-couplers may be what you want if the characteristics (contact configuration, load capacity, failure modes, etc.) are appropriate.

the relays are generally single pole change over contacts c, nc, no. We use the relay to switch power onto the coils of contactors, or to directly switch a load of upto 5A 240v, we often switch a 24vac control circuit as well. Can you let me have a link to look at info on the opto-couplers?
