looking for LPG and propane flow meter the flow rate would ne 10 kg/hr to 150 kg/hr .. and pressure is 500 mbar ... which flow meter is suitable for this application... operating pressure is low and coriolis mass flow meter will suitable for this application ?..

vortex flow meter is suitable ?... PT compensation is available with vortex meter ?. what about the accuracy of vortex flow meter..

is your LPG used for custody transfer? if so, you cannot use a vortex f.m. because of its low accuracy. also, not all vortex f.m. designs have temperature and pressure compensations. LPG is very sensitive especially to temperature changes so temperature compensation is a must. if you are measuring mass rate, you can use a coriolis flow meter because of its high accuracy but is only expensive. coriolis f.m. can is not affected by pressure, viscosity or temperature variations. also, you can consider a Mccrometer V-cone flow meter. its a DP type f.m. When used with pressure and temperature compensation, it can be very accurate.

 

You can use ALMA turbine meter to have the flow rate.
