main shut-off and control valve problem

we have GE back pressure steam turbine running with IPC or sliding pressure control in a combined cylcle operation. recently we are getting problem with MSCV (Combined main shut-off and control valve). we are observing for 3 or 2 second suddenly hydraulic oil pressure getting dropped and CV getting closed from 100% to 10%. can anybody help to understand the problem?
